Terms & Conditions

  • Billing & Renewal: VIP memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis. The recurring payment will automatically be charged using your selected secure payment method.
  • Session Expiration: All prepaid massage session credits are valid only during the active month of the billing cycle. Unused session credits will automatically expire and do not roll over to the next month.
  • Cancellation Policy: Booking cancellations or session rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Missed appointments (no-shows) will result in forfeiture of one session credit.
  • Additional Bookings Discount: The VIP member discount applies strictly to additional sessions booked during the active membership month, and cannot be combined with other seasonal promotions.
  • Membership Deactivation: You can cancel or deactivate your VIP membership renewal at any time through your client portal or by contacting our front desk staff.
